What inspired you to open Bueno Bueno Mexican Kitchen?
"We, meaning Chef Rey and I, started playing around with the idea of a Mexican restaurant when we started doing family meals at our sister restaurant. The food was always Mexican and always so good I would think why aren't we doing this?! But I was really inspired on a trip to Guadalupe Valley, Mexico and that is when things started to come together, the vision. I wanted a place that was authentic, contemporary, light and bright where the food and vibe could really shine."

What's your big dream for Bueno Bueno Mexican Kitchen?
"I want to be able to come away from this year knowing that it was successful and then focus on growing the concept."

What is your favorite thing about doing business in SJC?
"I love the of community, the people and the history here in San Juan Capistrano. It is such an interesting and unique town!"⠀

Since that meeting, we’ve been able to team up and use Daniel’s skills of capturing properties and people in our websites and marketing campaigns. Daniel is the owner of Fennell Media, specializing in videography and photography for real estate.
